Carol Service

Not long back from a carol service with fattening mince pies and chocolate sweets.  Time for an early bed I fear, lots of exercise to do tomorrow....

Promises made the night before are mostly broken the morning after. I think this may apply here!

Now here I sit eyeing off some fruit mince tarts...no...I'm not going to have any...no...I am not!!!! Not yet, anyway!

I do not recall ever hearing a group of Christmas carollers going from house to house, or from business to business.

Lee, I am going to exercise, diet and eat well.....later today.

Jerry, Carollers do appear at Christmas in public centres, go around old folks homes and the like but never knocking on doors. They might get shot these days!

If it was me doing the door to door carol singing, I'd be shot for sure! lol

The local church were singing carols in the tube station the other day, was so nice. They had happy faces (re your post above) and actually the happy faces spread. It's a pity we have mostly got out of the habit of singing together these days
