This was shown on Twitter several times over the weekend. Somewhere in Spain, amongst the police avoiding gangsters, we find Englishmen (note he says 'British') wandering through the town, flying UK flags, demanding foreigners go home, and threatening the locals.
Do they understand the word 'irony?'
I fail to comprehend why the Spanish police, nice gentlemen all, would stand back and allow this demonstration in Benidorm? Where are the batons? Where are the riot squad? Where are the aeroplanes taking this lot back to Kent? There are at least 25 people involved here, possibly more out of camera, but faces covered and union flags while grumbling about migrants?
Really?
It has been a long time since last week. I wonder how many people have forgotten the cost of war this week? I notice war is continuing in several places, hidden away inside news reports, and yet little has been heard of care for soldiers on the street.
Nothing changes.
