Nice music. I'm afraid I'm a first-timer for this. Was it a series or just this one programs? I thought Mr. Rogers' puppet Lady Eberline was the only one who spoke like that. :)
Jenny, The Magic Roundabout appeared in 1965 and was shown just before the BBC 6 O'clock news. The humour appealed to adults probably more than kids and it became a cult. Dougal the dog became famous, and remains the star in many minds. It was made in France but the storyline was made up by Thomson.
