I must be tired - I thought the title of your post was Tuesday Twitter - and thought Noooo ....surely Adullamite is not twittering ....!!
Except for milk, I tend to ignore the use by dates. I learned to do this when I was living in Guatemala and realized that every 'american' product I purchased at the store was date expired ......!!
