Forget the Colonel, it is my Daddy who makes the best fried chicken! Honestly, THE best! Funny photo. (And my Dad knows how to kill the chicken and cook it too, I promise you he does.)
Hahahahaaa ... this strikes on so many levels. Soub and I once had a 'never ending' story-line going about the evil Colonel Sanders and his chicken death camps.
My last comment was actually directed at those who have spent way too much time sniffing saffron and taking swigs of balsamic vinegar to appreciate just how good "pedestrian" food can be. Of course, back when I still had more than three and a half little toothies left, there were times when I was happier than a pig soaking in slop with a big chunk of beef jerky to gnaw on.

Oh, but I do LOVE their original recipe.
Jerry, So do I.
Good job it wasn't a horse!
I've only every had KFC three times in my life...and the third time I threw it away as it was gross!
The chicken knows best! He's no chicken! That's why he crossed the road, you know!

Alan, he would have to avoid Tesco then.
Lee, Pah! You've no taste!
Kay, tell him we are all coming to dinner.
RDG, Somehow I believe you.....
KFC original recipe is a delicacy to the unwashed masses! (Extra-crispy is also loved by those with enough teeth left.)
Jerry, So you like it!

Jerry, Egg and chips beats most meals, but is rarely seen in expensive restaurants.
