Nothing else happened.
Nothing has happened elsewhere either. The missing planes black box, which is orange, might have been found, maybe. The Heart of Midlothian have gone down fighting, looking to renew next season amongst the lower orders. This was not unexpected and causes no upsets. Avoiding liquidation is far more important. In Afghanistan (remember that place?) they are happily electing a new president who will lead them to new fighting while pocketing vast amounts of donors cash. Isn't democracy wonderful? The Afghans now get to select whoever will rob them blind and do nothing about their miserable lives.

And, still, amongst all the gloom, doom and ugliness in the world, beauty does manage to survive and remain...somehow.
Funny how we notice that the Afghans are making a choice of whichever group will be demovratically enabled to rip them off but we don't seem to apply the same attention to our own elections.....
Polling day tomorrow here....
Gorgeous morning photos. Thank you for sharing them Aman

Yes, looking out at the rain I am glad I appreciated yesterday. I love the look of that yellow stuff but I prefer the scent of meadowsweet I suppose if I am being picky. As for the black box, I am hoping in a way that it IS the plane, then at least it will give closure to the relatives. I suppose. Maybe they prefer to continue hoping.
Jenny, Sadly some relatives will always hope, even if this is the plane and all are gone. The yellow stuff is rapeseed, grown for the oil and soon to be seen all over the land.
